Mr. Bismarck Rewane holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ibadan and is an Associate of The Institute of Bankers, England and Wales.

Mr. Rewane worked with the First National Bank of Chicago (which later became the International Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited) as a General Manager and Treasurer. He has also served as a Director of both Lion Bank of Nigeria and Intercity Bank Limited.

He is currently the Managing Director of Financial Derivatives Company Ltd and also serves on the Board of WhyteCleon Limited, FCMB Group Plc, FCMB (UK) Ltd, Top Feeds Nigeria Ltd, Delta Packaging Nigeria Ltd, Seepec Nigeria Ltd, Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Modant Marine Ltd, Nigeria LNG Foundation, UBA Custodian Ltd, UNIC Insurance Plc, Navgas (a Vitol subsidiary) and Guinness Nigeria Plc.

Mr. Rewane has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry.

‘Nireti is a result oriented, passionate HR professional with over 22 yearís cognate experience spanning several corporate organizations in different capacities.

As the founding CEO of WhyteCleon Limited, she has been able to impart exceptional problem solving, motivational, human developmental, leadership and management skills to her clients and assisted them over the years to formulate and effectively implement their HR strategies.

Her leadership has propelled the Company into becoming a leading HR organization of highly engaged employees with a resolve to always deliver quality service and exceed client expectations.

‘Nireti has an M.Sc. in Administration degree (Strategic HR major) from the Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, USA. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Barcelona. She is a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria and a member of several Nigerian and international professional bodies.

Gboyega, the principal partner of Lords and Temple Attorneys has in his over 20 years of law practice been involved in a lot of litigation which has taken him through all strata of Courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

He began his Law practice in the prestigious law office of Afe Babalola SAN & Co where he rose to become the Head of Chambers of Lagos branch of the firm, during his 12 years stay at the firm, he was actively involved in various dispute resolutions in diverse areas of law including oil & gas, manufacturing, election petitions etc. as well as a number of commercial transactions.

Prior to the emergence of L & T, Gboyega was a partner in the firm of Oyewole and Oluborode, and the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Ekiti State from 2006-2010. Gboyega was recently conferred with the distinguished rank of the Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is an active member of:

Niyi has hands-on experience in audit and accounting, business advisory, corporate strategy, commercial and retail banking, private equity and corporate finance. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and worked in such other organisations as Merrill Lynch (USA), Capital Alliance Private Equity, United Bank for Africa (UBA) and First City Monument Bank Plc (FCMB).

While at UBA, he was Head of Strategy and played a key role during UBA/STB merger. He was also seconded to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for a year to assist in establishing Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). His involvement was particularly prominent in the development of the business plan, organisational design and job descriptions for key executive positions at AFC. In his role as Head of National Retail Distribution at FCMB, he was responsible for managing a sales force of over 800 people across the bank’s network of 140 branches.

Niyi holds a Bachelor degree in Forest Resources Management and a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics – both from University of Ibadan. He also has an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA (USA). He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
