Mr. Bismark Rewane

Chairman, Whyte cleon

Mr. Bismarck Rewane holds a Bachelorís degree from the University of Ibadan and is an Associate of The Institute of Bankers, England and Wales.

Mr. Rewane worked with the First National Bank of Chicago (which later became the International Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited) as a General Manager and Treasurer. He has also served as a Director of both Lion Bank of Nigeria and Intercity Bank Limited.

He is currently the Managing Director of Financial Derivatives Company Ltd and also serves on the Board of Whyte Cleon Limited, FCMB Group Plc, FCMB (UK) Ltd, Top Feeds Nigeria Ltd, Delta Packaging Nigeria Ltd, Seepec Nigeria Ltd, Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Modant Marine Ltd, Nigeria LNG Foundation, UBA Custodian Ltd, UNIC Insurance Plc, Navgas (a Vitol subsidiary), and Guinness Nigeria Plc.

Mr. Rewane has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry.

Her leadership has propelled the Company into becoming a leading HR organization of highly engaged employees with a resolve to always deliver quality service and exceed client expectations.

'Nireti has an M.Sc. in Administration degree (Strategic HR major) from the Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, USA. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Barcelona. She is a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, Member, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), Member, Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IOD), Member, Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Member Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Gboyega, the principal partner of Lords and Temple Attorneys has in his over 20 years of law practice been involved in a lot of litigation which has taken him through all strata of Courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

He began his Law practice in the prestigious law office of Afe Babalola SAN & Co where he rose to become the Head of Chambers of Lagos branch of the firm, during his 12 years stay at the firm, he was actively involved in various dispute resolutions in diverse areas of law including oil & gas, manufacturing, election petitions etc. as well as a number of commercial transactions.

Prior to the emergence of L & T, Gboyega was a partner in the firm of Oyewole and Oluborode, and the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Ekiti State from 2006-2010. Gboyega was recently conferred with the distinguished rank of the Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is an active member of:

Niyi has hands-on experience in audit and accounting, business advisory, corporate strategy, commercial and retail banking, private equity and corporate finance. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and worked in such other organisations as Merrill Lynch (USA), Capital Alliance Private Equity, United Bank for Africa (UBA) and First City Monument Bank Plc (FCMB).

While at UBA, he was Head of Strategy and played a key role during UBA/STB merger. He was also seconded to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for a year to assist in establishing Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). His involvement was particularly prominent in the development of the business plan, organisational design and job descriptions for key executive positions at AFC. In his role as Head of National Retail Distribution at FCMB, he was responsible for managing a sales force of over 800 people across the bankís network of 140 branches.

Niyi holds a Bachelor degree in Forest Resources Management and a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics - both from University of Ibadan, and also has an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA (USA). He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Yakubu Wuyep is an indigene of Plateau state and a graduate of the University of Jos. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Planning. Yaks (as he is fondly called) is an alumnus of the Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) where he obtained a Certificate in Market & Social Research, 2014.

He has over 9 years’ experience in selling secure print and allied products. Yakubu was Head of Export and International Business as well as Head security prints and cheques at Superflux International Limited – Agent to Kalamazoo Security Print UK a leading secure print solutions provider. He joined HXT limited as Head of Marketing where he established the organizations operations strategy and implemented its sales structure. Yakubu has extensive experience in marketing and sales spanning over 15 years.

He has attended various courses locally and offshore including courses at the prestigious Cranfield University school of Management United Kingdom and the China Europe International Business School.

He joined the Whyte Cleon team as Head, Marketing and Service Delivery. He is a member of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), the International Association of Outsourcing professional (IAOP) and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jide holds a B.sc in Sociology from the University of Ilorin.

Jide's experience in Strategic Human Resource Management spans over 14 years and he has worked on strategic recruitment & redundancy projects for companies in Nigeria and The Gambia. Jide’s professional career cuts across insurance, banking and consulting industries. He started his career as a Human Resources Officer at Industrial and General Insurance Company (IGI) where he was responsible for recruitment initiatives for the company within Nigeria and other African countries.

He later joined Workforce Management Centre as a recruitment consultant responsible for over 30 projects for different organizations in the last 10years of his career.

At Workforce Management Centre, he was contracted to Citibank Nigeria as a Human Resource consultant to support the Human Resource Initiatives of the bank. He was Head, Hiring Services at Work Force prior to joining Whyte Cleon Limited.

He currently heads the Business Development/ Recruitment department.

Jide has attended several training programs both within and outside the country. He is a Chartered member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), an associate of the Society for Human Resource Management USA (SHRM) and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

'Seun Togan is an Information Technology professional with over 10years experience in the Information Technology Industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University.

Prior to joining Whyte Cleon, ‘Seun was Head, Infrastructure unit at the Abuja Commodity Exchange (now Nigeria Commodity Exchange) – a position he held till 2013.

Thereafter, he embarked on various independent projects afterwards he proceeded to India to study Advanced Cisco technologies course at the prestigious NETWORKBULLS training institute, India.

Besides his core functions as an IT solutions provider, ‘Seun believes in the optimal use of information technology and social media to drive today’s businesses without compromising security.

‘Seun holds various certifications including a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

In 2014, he joined the Whyte Cleon team as Head, Information Resource Department.

Alagbe, Olamide Adejoke attended Lagos State University where she obtained her first degree, and she later proceeded to Ladoke Akintola University for her Masters degree in Business Administration.

Joke started her career with WBP Ventures, a subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc, charged with the responsibility of managing non-core staff of the bank where she garnered vital experience for 9 years.

Her work experience spans various departments Financial Control, Facilities & General Administration.

She later joined Wema Bank Plc as Manpower Officer, where she spent 9 months before joining Whyte Cleon Limited as pioneer Head Manpower Development.

Joke is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK and a student member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She has also attended several training courses, seminars and workshops, both within and outside Nigeria.

Her greatest strengths are diligence and empathy.

Muibat is an alumnus of the Pan Africa University (Lagos Business School), where she attended the Senior Management (SMP 56) Programme in 2015.

She commenced her career in 2002 as an Administrative Secretary/Personal Assistant in Human Resources Department of Wema Bank Plc. She worked in different capacities in the department during her period at the Bank.

Muibat holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) in Ogun State and Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

She is also an Affiliate member of the chartered institute of personnel development (CIPD) UK.

Muibat has attended several HR development programs and seminars within and outside Nigeria.

She joined Whyte Cleon Limited in 2010 as Associate Human Resources and presently leads the Employee Integration team.

Sabo Momoh has over 18 years of experience in Organizational Administration and document management sysems.

He is an indigene of Kogi state and a graduate of Management Science from the Lagos State University with over 18 years experience.

Sabo started his career at Wema Bank plc in the Admin Department and has since worked in various organizations like Wema Trustees and Wema Assets in different capacities before he joined the Whyte Cleon team in 2010 as Admin\Documentation officer.

He has attended various training in Human Resource/Document management which has impacted significantly in the document management structure of the company.
